| Pastor Sparks has been saved since 1982 and is a product of the teaching and preaching of the Local Church. In 1990 God began to deal with Bro. Sparks about starting a New Testament Local Church. He surrendered shortly after and became the founder of Gateway Baptist Church in Eaton, Ohio. The Church has been growing and with the sound preaching and teaching from God’s Word it has produced many facets of service. Pastor Sparks’ heart is directed in strengthening and stabilizing the personal walk and home life of Christians. |

| Bro. Williams brings seven years of previous Pastoral experience to the Prison Ministry. He is a faithful servant to the men in the Preble County Jail. He has seen many men give their hearts to Christ and has encouraged these men to serve the Lord through Bible study and correspondence. Even in prison men and women can still be taught about the One who can set the captive free. |

His enthusiasm in singing the old fashioned hymns and praising God the old fashioned way is contagious. |
