Gateway Baptist Church started in 1990 with only 4 families in a small garage. We enjoyed quick growth, and soon found that the garage would not meet our needs. We relocated to the New Lebanon middle school auditorium with the intention of finding a permanent place soon after.

In the early 1990's we purchased a beautiful building right in the heart of Eaton, OH. God graciously and bountifully supplied again. The building had been recently purchased by a missionary from Japan with the intention of using the building as a training facility for missionaries.

He encountered health problems, sold the building to us, and we are still there and growing. We now have a printing ministry that has printed hundreds of thousands of gospel tracts that have been distributed around the world. We also print discipleship material for prison ministries.

Currently, Gateway is in the process of building a new building (artist rendering above). We will miss the old place, but look forward to having a place that is more handicap accessible, provides parking solutions and will allow more room for growth.
